For Ashley Palencia, studying the Master's Degree in Marketing and Commercial Management in the format Hybrid Learning at EAE Barcelona was an experience that contributed to both her professional and personal growth. The combination of online classes with an intensive period of in-person learning allowed her to consolidate the knowledge she had gained over the previous months while also sharing the experience with her classmates.

A format that combines online learning with intensive in-person classes

One of the most important aspects of Ashley’s experience was the opportunity to complement her online studies with two weeks of intensive in-person classes focused on Marketing and Sales Management.

During the previous months, she had been attending classes online, so this intensive period gave her the opportunity to connect and consolidate the different concepts covered throughout the program.

“We had the opportunity to take part in two weeks of intensive classes focused on Marketing and Sales Management, which allowed me to connect all the concepts we had learned over the previous months through the online classes.”

For Ashley, this combination was particularly valuable because it allowed her to build on her online learning and reinforce the knowledge she had gained throughout the program in a more integrated way.

Getting to know classmates, an essential part of the experience

Beyond the academic side of the program, the in-person experience also had a very important personal dimension. After sharing the program remotely, finally meeting her classmates in person became one of the most memorable parts of the experience.

““Meeting my classmates in person was an unforgettable experience.”

This in-person experience added a human dimension to the Hybrid Learning format, allowing the program to go beyond classes and academic content. For Ashley, this combination of learning and personal interaction directly contributed to her growth throughout this stage.

Hybrid Learning as an alternative to studying remotely

The flexibility of the format is another aspect that Ashley particularly values. In her case, she believes Hybrid Learning can be an appealing option for those who want to continue their education but are unable to relocate in order to attend classes regularly in person.

“I highly recommend that anyone who is unable to move to Barcelona to attend classes in person seriously consider the Hybrid format as a way to expand their knowledge.”

Her experience shows how combining online learning with intensive in-person periods can make education more accessible without completely giving up interaction with classmates and the shared classroom experience.

A professional and personal growth experience

Overall, Ashley looks back positively on her experience in the Marketing and Sales Management program. The opportunity to study online, later consolidate what she had learned during an intensive in-person period, and finally meet her classmates face to face were the main elements that shaped her experience.

For her, the Hybrid Learning format offered a way to continue expanding her knowledge and developing professionally while maintaining the flexibility needed to study remotely.

“The experience helped me grow both professionally and personally, and I would recommend the Hybrid format to anyone who is unable to relocate in order to study in person.”

["post-379","historia","type-historia","status-publish","hentry
["GET
