A master’s degree doesn’t end on the day of the final exam. It ends when you look back and truly understand what you’ve learned.
Today, I complete my Master’s in Project Management at EAE Business School, with the certainty that this journey has transformed me not only as a professional, but also as a person.
I could talk about methodologies, frameworks, or management tools. But what I’m really taking away from this experience is a shift in mindset:
→ I used to manage tasks. Now I manage value.
→ A plan without adaptability is just a document.
→ Leadership isn’t about control. It’s about creating the conditions for others to perform at their best.
This master’s degree has opened doors I never expected: a network of highly accomplished professionals, the confidence to lead complex projects using my own judgment, and, above all, the clarity to understand the kind of projects where I want to make a lasting impact.
Thank you to EAE Business School, the faculty, and my classmates for making this journey such a memorable one.
The next project is already underway. 🚀
